Better quality takes more time but it’ll look better. Lower quality renders faster but it’ll look worse.

Are you absolutely sure your sequence is correct? Because the signal specs for 720p are 720p50 and 60. Although you can make a custom sequence for whatever framerate you want it might mess things up.

The file is as huge as the format you’re rendering it to. What are the delivery specs for your final output?

What version of XML is it? Also you might want to try and clear your preferences.

The timecode filter defaults to 30fps drop frame and there are other settings that you also might want to check.

Prores should work if you’ve installed the decoding codec for that and Premiere understands XML files exported out of Premiere. It will not bring everything in Premiere though like some effects.

You might have faulty RAM. Try running Memtest.

You might want to use the logarithmic RED gamma settings to keep as much dynamic range in the footage as possible.

What footage are you exporting and what are your export settings?

When this went down there weren’t any disclaimers on the download site and it didn’t need an Adobe account. It was just a bunch of download links with serials. Then internet happened.
