It can if you lower the bit rate. Also DVDs aren’t HD so there is no use exporting it as 720P. I’d personally export straight to MPEG 2 using the MPEG 2 DVD presets because that’s the format it will be transcoded to by the authoring software.

Looks like some sort of RGB offset is happening either in the camera or the software during movement. There’s pretty much nothing you can do.

In CS6 this only works with MXF OP1a codec. It will work as you wish in the next version of Premiere.

The resolution is small but the LED’s might be huge. I’d use that resolution as my comp setting.

What are you capturing from what device and what I/O-device do you have?

You might also try using Prelude.

You really shouldn’t mess with the folder structure that the camera makes. You might want to try using the media browser inside Premiere and see if you can bring the footage in that way.
