XAVC still unsupported
I have some F55 XAVC footage I’d like to use in Premiere Pro. Seems that it’s still unsupported? I’ve got it working in FCP X. Had to download an update to FCP X and a plugin from Sony. But doesn’t seem to help any with premiere cs6. Am I missing something or is this still unsupported?

There is a plug-in from Sony which allows you to use RAW footage from the F55 (https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/plad-rw1) in CS6, but not XAVC.
There is a ROVI plug-in which allows XAVC, which I have not tried (https://www.mainconcept.com/fileadmin/newsletter/individual_letter/Sony-TCAP_v5.html)
We will have native XAVC support with Premiere Pro CC, shipping June 17.

Windows only apparently. Seems odd that X would get this supported before CS6.

I used FCP X to transcode

You can also use the free Davinci Resolve Lite to transcode and then grade after editing.

So to confirm, the new Premiere Pro will support Sony XAVC Intra in both 2K and 4K?
