The work area out point is inclusive. Zoom in the work area and make sure the layer and out point are correct.

What framerate is your 720p sequence running at? The 720p signal format only accepts 50fps (PAL) or 60fps (NTSC).

Personally I wouldn’t use AVCHD unless I absolutely have to. It’s a pretty awful codec to work with, at least in Premiere.

Twixtor is not a realtime effect so you’ll need to render it for playback.

That is pretty weird because pretty much every program I’ve used red footage with “builds” the spanned clip no matter what file I import from that span.

I think that there’s some weird Quicktime frame rate flag bug going on. The rendered file shows up in the Premiere project panel as 29,97 and the length is the same as it’s supposed to be and I can render it out again at 29,97 and the frame rate is correct in QT player but that’s a generation loss right there. I do not know what the broadcaster uses to check these files but if it’s messed up at their end it’s my problem and not theirs.

Also do you REALLY need to stabilize the whole clip? The Warp Stabilizer is insanely computing heavy and it would be better to stabilize only the needed clips.
