Trying to recreate certain aspects of a clip in premiere pro – Advice needed please
Hi Guys,
I am trying to recreate the kind of old blurred effect in this clip

I can’t work out how to achieve the magnified shadow of the guy at say 1.04 in the video? Can you advise the effects in premiere pro that would achieve this please?

Copy the video layer, scale it, move it and decrease its opacity. Add effects for taste
