Try renaming that specific file.
Then when you open the project file in vegas,
it will say that the file is missing, just point Vegas
to use the renamed file instead….Try if that works.

If not…possibly it might have been corrupted.

With your negative opening comments and your post being
filled with it, It seems odd that you would appreciate
any input anyone here might have.
It is a simple fix for what you are experiencing….BUT a
solution to it is not what your post is about.

You can try restarting your pc first, then download instead
these Microsoft 2005 C ++ Redistributable SP1 and Microsoft 2008 C ++ Redistributable SP1 . Then install those…if stil
a problem, right click and install as admin.

The solution is simple, stay in 8 bit, you started out editing
and working with 8 bit…Render out in it.
As John said “there is no reason to use 32-bit floating-point
arithmetic”

If you installed the VST version of the Waves Audio plugins,
Vegas and Soundforge will pick them up nicely.
Just go into VST Effects in Preferences to load them, so
they will be recognized in both hosts (Vegas & Soundforge).

“They used to work in vedas 8-9, pro-10 seems to be a issue”.
It is the same capturing utility version for all of those
versions of Vegas….Maybe you are overlooking something.

this to sony as a possible bug….

If possible, Try converting those files instead to
a quicktime format (eg:Photo-jpeg)….And test if
you still see hints of green popping up.

No, that is not a known issue with Vegas. Maybe you have
a codec issue on your system. What format are these files?
