Create a track matte or image matte that covers the four pixels. Offset a second instance of the clip. You will have some odd looking footage at times, but quite often, using the value of an adjacent pixel will be correct.

Yes. Just delete the render files (also called Preview files) and then render. I do this now and then just to keep drive space requirements down.

I use the https://www.musicmatch.com software, but I think Media Player can do it also.

It sounds like you are exporting 720X480 square pixels, and then reimporting as 0.9 rectangular pixels.

Try exporting as 720X534 square pixels. That should help quite a bit.

What frame size are you exporting? And how are you interpreting it when you import it back in?
