Perhaps try resetting your VP19?

1. Close VEGAS Pro
2. Press CTRL+SHIFT on your keyboard while double-clicking the program’s shortcut icon on the desktop to launch it *.
3. Continue holding CTRL+SHIFT down until you see a window that asks “Do you want to reset all preferences to default values?“
4. Place a checkmark next to “Delete all cached application data” and then click “Yes“.
5. For older products, continue to hold the CTRL & SHIFT keys until the program is fully loaded.

Then you can just mute the other audio tracks, and left one of ‘commentary track’, export it as it’s own.

But, however, not sure of the other authoring tools that able to combine 2 different audio and let viewer choose the preferred audio track to listen.

In DVD Authoring, I guess you can put audio track 1 and 2. – the most far I can think will MKV compilation – but never tried… so I don’t know about it.

To Capture AV / Analog Video sources easily these days, you can search AV USB in amazon:

There are many options of choices – just select that has ‘electronic part’ in the middle of the cable and read the reviews first.

To capture, OBS can work with device that is known as ‘USB video device’ or something (I forgot the exact name).

For issue no 3 or your video demo number 2, this was caused by Nahimic service

As for issue no 1, I can’t be so sure, but did you install all mainboard’s driver correctly?

have you try full resetting and delete cache ? (hold Ctrl+Shift while running VEGAS Pro until dialog box appear and checkmark to delete cache)

Usually MP4 video contains video stream AVC and audio stream AAC.

For this type Video AVC and audio MP3 is not a wide-standard.

Transcode it.
