Magix community forum is https://www.magix.info, and some of us have visited it, but must admit majority of us felt the forum look ‘old’, slow, and ‘narrow’.
Not like SCS Internal forum or this (CreativeCow) forum (or even https://www.hitfilm.com/forum) which are simple look.

Totally agree with Neal Barlow for DVD Architect, and possibility of updating the Blu-ray authoring capability, especially for the Top Menu and Quick Menu.

Magix support team seems very strong and probably quite a lot of people, and very responsive on any social media.
Even on Amazon.com, they reply any ‘bad review’ or question on the Magix’s product.

Look for 1 star review, and you will see one reply comment by Magix Support team.When I also share the Magix post from their Facebook Fan page (https://www.facebook.com/MAGIX/) (https://www.facebook.com/setiawan3d/posts/10153773184092637?pnref=story), they ‘like’ my post. None usually doing that. Even it is extremely tiny factor, but the effect quite huge (to me).
