A few options here:
1. Mocha Pro plugin for AE adds tons more features and can also export to the AE PowerPin.
2. You could copy/paste or expression link the standard corner pin keyframes to an alternate corner pin (like PowerPin).
3. Aescripts sells a 3rd party script that can be used to do this as well: MochaIMport+

It is a tricky one because the spots are so visible.
Mocha Pro can help with the tracking, but when the clean frames do not exist in the shot, you need to provide the Remove Module with at least 1 clean plate. Content-Aware Fill is similar, but Mocha’s clean plate has more function to control the rendering options with illumination and interpolate between frames.I think the Silhouette Paint plug-in might be the most appropriate tool with the Clone tool or the Blemish tool with tracked masks. The ability to mix from tracked to manual paint is key here.

The new Silhouette Paint plug-in for After Effects shipped last week.
It is designed for paint and cloning on video and includes an integrated Mocha planar tracking engine. The best way to learn is to go through the 5 Getting Started videos from 01-05:
https://borisfx.com/videos/?tags=category:Getting%20Started%20in%20Silhouette%20Paint&search=As far as differences, you can find this comparison chart. The plug-in is designed for Paint while the full application has many more features, but is more $$. https://borisfx.com/products/silhouette-paint/#compare
The annual subscription for Silhouette Paint for Adobe is $195/yr. Works in Premiere Pro as well.

This is odd, because Mocha AE is included and installed by default in all After Effects versions since CS4.
Since last year, Mocha AE switched from a bundled standalone application to an Adobe plug-in and will be found in your Plug-Ins folder in the AE program directory.
Possibly this got messed up somehow. I would assume removing AE and reinstalling would fix as the installation for Mocha AE part of AE Creative Cloud.

August 27, 2019 at 6:12 pm in reply to: After Effects – Mocha iPad track with reflectionsI suggest using Mocha AE and following tutorials that show you how to avoid the reflections by tracking the edges of the tablet. If there are significant times it goes offscreen, you might have to stop the track and move the search area to another area or parts of the background that are moving relative to the tablet.
If you have exhausted all the advanced Mocha techniques and still have tracking drift, then you use Mocha’s Adjusttrack module or in extreme situations, the Manual Track.
This video might help:

I suggest updating your After Effects. Mocha AE is now a plug-in and will read any file format that AE does because it is actually using Adobe’s media engine.
In older version of Mocha (before Oct 2018) while bundled, was still a standalone application that linked to AE. When certain file formats were not supported the workaround was to convert to sequential files. This is resolved and the newer Mocha AE includes some great features shown on this collection of videos:

July 22, 2019 at 9:24 pm in reply to: Screen Replacement help for Galaxy S8 with round corners.I would recommend using Mocha to mask out the screen with rounded corner mask.
When you track in Mocha AE or Mocha Pro, you can also link that track data to a mask layer. You can comp your flat, square screen on top of the tablet, pre-comp, then use your Mocha generated mask with round corners… in AE, you select “Convert to AE Mask”.

June 11, 2019 at 7:38 pm in reply to: sticking textures and images to moving face… Configurable DIY Snapchat filtersMocha Pro has a Mesh Warper, which will allow you to animate a mesh for organic tracks. This is applied to one tracked surface. https://library.creativecow.net/g_tobias/scars-tattoos-digital-makeup-adobe-after-effects-mocha-pro/1
For a more advanced techniques, you can parent multiple Mocha tracked surfaces to the Puppet Tool. This video might be useful: https://borisfx.com/videos/mocha-and-after-effects-puppet-tool/
Or both Nuke and Autodesk Flame have tools for organic surface mapping:. Nuke’s is called Smart Vectors:

April 17, 2019 at 10:17 pm in reply to: Mocha AE 2019 – Only Creating One Set of KeyframesWhen you select “Apply/Export” in Mocha AE, you should be able to choose from Transform, Corner Pin or Corner Pin w/mo-blur. If you choose Corner pin, it should apply the track data as a Corner Pin effect.
Are you saying this is not happening?

Absolutely – when you are tracking a screen to replace and there are foreground objects that occlude the screen, Mocha is the best option. What you need to do is use multiple search areas (using the X+ tool) to find areas that move similar to the plane of the screen.
You can do this in either the Free Mocha AE that is bundled with After Effects or with Mocha Pro which can be run on a wide number of hosts including Premiere & Avid.
This video tutorial should help: understand how to avoid the occlusions and focus the tracker.
