I don’t think you will get 10b RGB playing in RT. 10b RGB is 4:4:4 so the files you get are even heavier than with the NONE ( 4:4:4 8b) . If you try 10b Unc YCbCr you working in 4:2:2 which files are lighter and easier to play in RT.

I think Shane is right. The mistake come because normally we start our TC in 1:00:00:00. If we want to export a one second clip we must set our OUT in 1:00:00:29 so we are exportin 30 frames. If we set it in 1:00:01:00 we will get 31.

Paul is pointing you the correct path. just to add, if you want to get the best from the DVD, don’t export it as DV. Choose a higher “intergrity” codec, 8b Uncompress for example.

If you want to bring anything from a DVD to FC, get MPGStreamClip (A free master-piece of software).

Hi Scratch,
I’ve never worked with M100, but I would sugest you to import the clips directly to FC and make the transcoding in FC. This should be possible with any QT codec that you got installed. Make sure that in the brownser FC interprete properly the setting of your clips and them try to lay them down in the 10b Unc time-line.
Anyway I think opening the clips with QT and export, is not the most recomendable option or a transcoding. You have not much control on the process. Better try Compressor.

I’ve just purchased the MICROCOSM. I downloaded the NONE 16b that they give for free and I’ve got so amazed how it plays in RT that i couldnt refrain my self to try the MICROCOSM. Did anybody tried it yet? Any tip about how to use it?

Hi Anton< your misstaking "frame-rate" with "shutter speed". If you film standar PAL you allways get 25 images per second (25 frames or 50 fields that is the same in the interlaced world). To make a clean slow-motion you need to set the "Shuter speed' of your camara at a higher speed of the normal 50fps. You get the same nunber of images per second, but these images have less movement-blur. Is the same than when you rise the speed in a normal foto-camara. So don't look for nothing in FC. Look for the "shutter" in your camara. Cheers, Rafael
