April 28, 2017 at 5:09 am in reply to: Updated Premiere 2017 CC and have no more presets on export?Hi James,
Not sure what went wrong there but you can import them manually. They are located at: Documents > Adobe > Adobe Media Encoder > (version you saved the in. e.g.: 11.0) > Presets
1. Launch AME
2. Navigate to the Preset Browser > Click the Import Presets button and group select all your presetsThey will then be added to the User Presets & Groups list.
Hope this helps!

Hi Gary,
Hopefully, you’ve figured out a fix for this by now. I’m unable to reproduce this issue but I would suggest trying a few things.
1. Reset workspace
2. Clear preferences (Hold down Shfit+Option on app launch)
If that does not help:
3. Editing your keyframe within the Timeline (see instructions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/adding-navigating-setting-keyframes.html)
4. Start your first keyframe a little later in time, adjust the bezier and then reposition it to the 0-second mark.Hope you’re already up and going!

To add to what Andy has already asked.
1. What GPU/driver version do you have?
2. Have you tried disabling your GPU?Thanks,

Hi James,
I like the way you’re thinking but unfortunately, only Audition can be used when selecting “Edit in Adobe Audition”. As Tero mentioned, if you’re noting going to use Audition then you’ll need to export an AAF or OMF. We’ve done lots of work to support Pro Tools but I’m unsure about the compatibility with the other apps mentioned.
All the best,

Hi Gus,
You do not need to go to the Essential Graphics > Edit tab in order to modify your title. Simply select the Title Tool from the toolbar or hit the T key. Once the Title is selected, select any text in the Program Monitor (you should see a red bounding box) and begin typing.
Please let me know if that’s not working for you.

April 27, 2017 at 10:19 pm in reply to: Can’t see “IN/OUT” in any Transition-Dissolve?hi Michele,
In order to see the in and out points of your trim, you will need to disable ‘Composite Preview During Trim’. It is enabled by default. You can do this by accessing the tools menu (wrench icon) in your timeline.
I’m not 100% if that was always the case. I’ll look into it!

April 27, 2017 at 10:10 pm in reply to: Weird problem with sound in Premiere Pro CC2017Hi Ionut,
Can you see if any of these solutions help?
https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2226408
This issue affects Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 (versions 10.3 and 10.4) and Premiere Pro CC 2017 (version 11.0).
Solution 1: Clean Media Cache files
Delete all the files from “Media Cache” and “Media Cache Files” folders. The location of these folders can be found under Preferences > Media.Note: By default, Media Cache Files and the Media Cache Database folders are stored in these locations:
Mac: /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common
Windows: \Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CommonSolution 2: Rename the Media Cache folder
Navigate to the Media Cache location and rename the folders to Media Cache Files_OLD and Media Cache_OLD respectively.Solution 3: Move Media Cache to a different location
Change the location of Media Cache folders to elsewhere on your machine.Peter Garaway

Hi Jay,
GPU would not affect this since you’re GPU is not supported in Premiere Pro. Side note – You would see significant performance improvements using a machine with a supported GPU.
Two things you can try since nesting did not work:
1. Making sure there are no overlapping clips when applying warp stabilizer (as James mentioned).
2. Try creating a new project with only the problematic clip and applying warp stabilizer. If that works you can import the clip from the new project into your original project via Media Browser.Peter Garaway

Hi Aynsley
Try going to your Mac System Preferences > Display > Arrangement. Drag the white menu bar to the display you want to act as the primary monitor (the monitor you want your timeline/program monitor to be shown). When you enable Transmit, it should work as you desired.
The difference between ‘Enable Transmit’ and ‘Toggle Full Screen’. Toggle Full screen is a way to preview your sequence without any Premiere UI showing. Your video takes up the entire screen. This is great when working on a single monitor. Transmit allows you to always be in the mode using a 2nd monitor.
Hope this makes sense and helps. If not let me know.
Thanks,
