Weird problem with sound in Premiere Pro CC2017

Just did a fresh reinstall for Windows and software.
When I import any shot with a DJI Osmo in .mov, 25 fps Premiere Pro imports only the video track, like the clip had no audio. That’s not te case for .mov clips shot with a 5DMk3 or with a 70D.
This is what media info says:

I have QuickTime installed and AVID Codecs. I don’t remember needing any special codec for DJI. The file plays perfectly both in Windows Media Player and VLC.
What might be the problem?

This issue affects Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 (versions 10.3 and 10.4) and Premiere Pro CC 2017 (version 11.0).
Solution 1: Clean Media Cache files
Delete all the files from “Media Cache” and “Media Cache Files” folders. The location of these folders can be found under Preferences > Media.Note: By default, Media Cache Files and the Media Cache Database folders are stored in these locations:
Mac: /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common
Windows: \Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CommonSolution 2: Rename the Media Cache folder
Navigate to the Media Cache location and rename the folders to Media Cache Files_OLD and Media Cache_OLD respectively.Solution 3: Move Media Cache to a different location
Change the location of Media Cache folders to elsewhere on your machine.Peter Garaway

Thank you for the reply Peter. That seams to half do the trick. I say that because even after deleting the cache in it’s full (deleted the parent folders as well) the problem was still there. So I digged deeper online and after redeleting the cache I renamed the files I wanted to import. It works now, is just that I have to do this every time I reopen an older project.
