So, once I filtered down to clips on that date that were created between 12:30 and 12:40, I just create a new bin and send it to PPro.

You can sort by Date and Time of Day in Prelude.

So no dashes is a deal breaker?

To have dashes separating everything I guess you’ll just have to build a custom text preset.

right click on the effect in the effect controls panel and you can save it (or any number of effects) as a preset.

Nest each individual clip and give it a new name. They’ll look like sequences in your Project bin, but they’ll act just like clips.

You can shift click the fades themselves then just double click on any one of them to bring up the duration info box. Enter in the new time and they all should change. Or right click to get to the same box. Unfortunately, it does not work with dragging them out. Only by entering in a specific duration.

If the clips aren’t contiguous you can select them and nest them. Then send that nested sequence to Audition. You can then send it back as stems or as a single clip.

Select them all and nest them. This would give you one clip to put on whatever track you like and still give you a way to get back to your original layout if you need to shift one around with out actually cutting the nest.
