From either PPro or Prelude highlight the subclips in the Project Bin and Export Media will take you to Media Encoder where you can convert just those selects.

Herb you can save transition presets, but I think it’s only with 3rd party ones. Haven’t seen any native transitions with more than rudimentary adjustment controls.

Tab til you highlight the numeric entry then arrow up or down for whole numbers, add shift to go by 10 or add control/command to go by .1

Yeah that’s SLOG for sure. Now is it SLOG2 or SLOG3? Use the default SLOG2(or3)- LS- PROFILE LUT in the color panel and see what you get.

Seems like a conform problem. Can’t say for sure without knowing your settings. Open the clip in another Adobe program (AE, Audition, Prelude) and then check it.
Couple of versions back MTS audio would not hover scrub in Prelude before being ingested. This is when the conforms would be built and the ingest could be discarded and the clips would work just fine.

Yeah I live by the multiple desktop! I’ll drag sfx straight from iTunes into a project that’s 5 desktops away.

I start each project with a stacked panel of 4 media browsers. Before long each one is set to where all my stuff for that job is. Forget who showed me this but grateful they did.

Four spots at once. Selected the sequences in the Project bin, created a multicam clip based on in point, used multicam clip to create new sequence and there you have it.

Add whatever you want to however many clips you want with the metadata panel. find a schema you like and stick with it. Select either in Media Browser or Bridge or Prelude and tag away.
