Tell it to try really hard(its an option)
Try not splitting the audio file
Try not telling it they are in chronological order
Try splitting the video files into a couple segments instead of audio

my guess is that your audio files plays slightly slower than your video files and the ‘drift back is confusing PE.

FYI it has been my experience that audio feeds run a frame or 2 longer per 30minutes than my video capture but I only know that to be true for the cameras and gear I use

Keyframed the center band name and chroma keyed the background reversing it a few times with fade over

Yes i know it is but the sad truth is I use a very limited portion of SVP. Graphics and intros are something I very much need to improve.

I spent the last 2 hours looking at templates on youtube but didnt find anything that really fit my needs

somethings are better left to the pros. that said lots of tutorials on youtube about stuff like this. its not easy to do

The right lens and a good DSLR should get you that look

Good color correction on your HDV footage would get you that look too, minus the shallow depth of field

Shoot when the sun is high in the sky

Objects tend to cast shadows when they get between the sun and where you are shooting.

Other than that the footage looks fine to me, maybe a little over exposed

I think this solves the issue:

make sure all effects are turned off on the timeline and then render left and right seperately
