Can you post the full error?

You may want to throw a quick post up on the Genarts forum as well.

Do you know which model Mac? This is Fibre, are you going through an installed card? What slot is it installed into and is there any other hardware?

That’s what I would do. If it is happening on every machine, every project it would seem to be a storage issue.

    How is the storage connected?

Is it on all machines with the same project or all projects?

Looks like audio, if you turn off the audio does it stop?

If you can narrow it down to a track or a clip it may be some corrupt media.

You also want to check your graphics card and driver.

What version of XPro are you running?

    Max,

What is the nature of the crash? What OS version are you running?

Can you try deleting the Title 3d preferences file:

To delete the preferences for the Title 3D Application navigate to Macintosh HD :: Users :: :: Library :: Preferences.

The preference file is named “com.borisfx.Title 3D”. Locate the file and delete it.

Let me know if this helps!

What version of “Avid” are you running and what OS are you on.

My hunch is that 5.0.4 should be perfectly fine.

    Gerwyn,

If you launch the Library Browser you can access the presets in RED/Avid FX.

In the Keyframe Library go to Transitions> DVE Transitions> Pushes.

There are a lot of presets here that give you a variety of “push” transitions. If you start there you may find what you want or give you a good starting point to get what you want.

    Keith,

Could you posts screen shots of what you are seeing or send me a bin with an example of this? If I get the bin I can take a look and see if I get this here or if there is a setting that can fix the issue for you.

    My e-mail is mattm@borisfx.com

    Marcus,

There is not an ETA on Red 5 or Blue on a MAC at this time.

If you’re on our mailing list you will be notified as soon as it is available.
