Mocha Pro comes in 2 types of product: The plugin and the standalone.
If you have the standalone version installed, it will only work by running it independently as a standalone application (i.e not in a host compositor/editor), but you can export to other applications from Mocha.
The Mocha Pro Adobe plugin is a separate installation that should appear in your effects for both After Effects and Premiere.
Which type of Mocha Pro do you have installed?

May 21, 2019 at 11:30 pm in reply to: Is there a REAL mask tracker for after effects ?Are you specifically referring to when the mask is tracked by using its control vertices as the feature trackers in order to animate the shape?
Then as far as I’m aware, no, this does not exist in After Effects. If you just want a tracker that tracks object texture over individual features, then use Mocha AE (or Mocha Pro).
You may also find some use for this tool, but I don’t think it’s what you’re after:

May 15, 2019 at 3:28 am in reply to: remove out of focus fly buzzing in front of subjectFor tracking, probably not. The fly is too low contrast to be a reliable feature. Heck, it took me a while to even find it with my eyes. ☺
Hand roto is probably your best bet, before moving on to either a simple patch clone, a further blurring or similar offset etc.

March 29, 2019 at 3:09 am in reply to: Mocha AE-Trouble applying mask when hand moves over screenYou need to add a mask above the insert:
1. Duplicate your layer
2. Choose “Visible masks” and choose only the hand layer
3. Either use “Create AE masks” or use “Apply matte” to mask out the hand above.Martin Brennand | Product Manager | mocha – Imagineer Systems

February 10, 2019 at 10:03 pm in reply to: Very difficult footage for motion trackingHi Jesse,
Do you mind sending a sample of the footage over to martinb [at] borisfx.com? I’d like to see if there is a way Mocha can handle it.
Cheers!

January 29, 2019 at 11:16 pm in reply to: Problems Tracking Land to Get Outline Shape in AE?That’s peculiar.
Are you using X-Splines with corners there? What happens if you preview the matte in the plugin?

January 29, 2019 at 11:11 pm in reply to: Tips on getting better mask/matte results?I’m biased (as I work for Boris FX), but I suggest using Mocha for rotoscoping. It’s designed specifically for this kind of work.
If you are using After Effects, Mocha AE is built into the software under “Track in Mocha” in the animation menu. Here’s an example on how to use the software for roto, but there are many tutorials out there:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0Kx0JdeYC8Alternatively, you could look at one of the Continuum or Sapphire plugins for Resolve. Mocha is built into them and has full matte output rendering.
Here’s an example video of how it works:

That’s one way to do it if you need the mask only. You can also track and then modify the existing mask afterwards if you prefer.
I’d recommend watching a few of our video overviews on the subject, such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ObV9B07VAo
AdjustTrack is used to create a layer of animation over the original tracking to adjust issues with the underlying tracking data and surface.
We have a number of tutorial son tracking, AdjustTrack and roto for Mocha Pro which mostly still apply to Mocha AE:
