You can track all three in one mocha project, but you’ll need to track them in separate layers one at a time. You’ll need to avoid the reflections as well, as they are high-contrast areas which may throw off your track. Stick to the textured areas and track in perspective and it should be fine.Martin Brennand | Product Manager | mocha – Imagineer Systems

August 24, 2018 at 6:25 am in reply to: corner pin export to after effects from mocha ae problemIt looks like your scale is messing up.
Go back to Mocha and tweak the surface at the point in the track where the area is the largest, then try re-exporting.

August 16, 2018 at 11:36 pm in reply to: Sticking an Element 3D model to a moving car with planar tracking – possible?Well, Mocha Pro does have a camera solver for this purpose.
We take the planar track and convert it to a 3D solve. There are some limitations, however, since we need at least two planar tracks to get the relative dimensions of the scene. Here is a list of videos going through this:

June 27, 2018 at 9:03 am in reply to: Mocha AE Beginner-Tracking Data gives odd results in AEThe surface is the tool that represents the tracking data.
Turning it on from the view controls just shows it, but you can manipulate it as well (using the corners and edges) or use “align surface” sitting under the layer controls to maximise the surface to the same dimensions as the image.Martin Brennand | Product Manager | mocha – Imagineer Systems

June 26, 2018 at 2:36 am in reply to: Mocha AE Beginner-Tracking Data gives odd results in AEWhich tutorials are you following?
You can export tracking data in two ways:
1. With the surface tool positioned around the area, you want to insert to
2. With the surface tool expanded to fit the dimensionsMethod (1) is useful if your layer insert in AE is the same size as the comp (or you have expanded the insert in a precomp to the dimensions of the footage)
Method (2) is useful if your layer insert is positioned/painted exactly at the place where you want it in the AE timeline and you’ve precomposed it so the alpha around the image matches the dimensions of the footage.I’d recommend watching this tutorial to get the hang of it:
https://borisfx.com/videos/mocha-fundamentals-chapter-8a-corner-pin-data-after-effects/This uses Mocha Pro v4, but most of it is relevant to Mocha AE.

In terms of the AdjustTrack, what version of Mocha are you using?

Is it possible to download the shot so I can check? My suspicion is it’s going to be unlikely to be fully solvable in one pass with Mocha.
If you prefer to leave it off public forums, you can send the original to my email at “martinb” at borisfx.com

The main problem is you lose the entire left plane of the wall as you walk forwards, so it’s hard to maintain any form of tracking that will align to the wall, then you lose the back wall as you turn as well, so there is no reference for the remaining track.
You could potentially get away with a series of individual Mocha planar tracks and use MochaBlend to get a single-plane camera, but it will still be tricky: https://goodspiritgraphics.com/software/products/mochablend/mochablend-c4d/intro/

Simply mask out the foreground person. Mocha assumes anything above your layer in the layer stack is in the foreground and anything below is in the background.
We recently did a video on this exact topic:
