Hi Jeff,

I’ve encoded my files as .mpg before I imported them into Encore. Interestingly, I’m only having a problem with the most recently encoded file, but as far as I know, I’ve done nothing differently – same workflow as always – export from Avid, encode and import into Encore.

Are there any specific audio issues that you think might be causing the problem?

I’ve got nothing “personal” against the mask expansion property, but I thought that there was a way to get a “bounding box” to manipulate the mask size. I find it a bit easier to use, especially when working with the feather property.

Thanks guys, but nothing seems to be working. The strange part about it is that the mere act of applying the CC light rays effect to my logo actually causes it to shift to the left. The logo is a scaled down high resolution file…. STOP THE PRESSES -I just tried putting the logo in a new comp and nesting that comp and it works!
