  • Twisting Text…

    Hi There,

I’ve got some text that I’d like to twist “like a sponge”. The text was created in AE and is obviously 2D (no invigorator). Any tips on how to get a decent result?

I’m going to give it a shot with some “distort/warp effects”, but I thought someone may have done this in the past and gotten good results using another method.

    Thanks!

i think some of the CC effects have “twist” options in them. like “CC Ball Action” – you may be able to tweak with these to get the effect you want…. or does card dance have a twist option? I’m not sure…

oh wait, there is a CC effect called “CC Twister”

if you don’t have the CC effects they should be on your AE7.0 CD

    good luck

You can also wrap your text file around CC Cylinder.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
