    *sigh of relief

Okay, I may have posted this prematurely. After stepping outside for a bit and counting to ten, I right clicked on my key frames and went into the keyframe interpolation properties. Instead of Bezier, I selected linear.

The “hold” option does seem to be a better solution though. Thanks for the suggestions, tutorials, and bearing with me through my moment of insanity.

Yeah, there is. I don’t remember exactly where it is but I think if you click on Aharon’s avatar at the top of the page and scroll down to his tutorials, it’s one of the fractal noise tutorials.

    “Welcome to HDV hell!”

ahhhhh, just what I wanted to hear!

They’re on the same machine. I’ll do a search on intermediate codecs.

Yeah, I imagine this will slow down my machine quite a bit. Hoping to implement alot of proxies.

    Thanks for the info.

Yeah, makes sense. The only problem is that the object needs to come down the side walk, up a small incline, and then through a door. So, I’m not sure if I could match all those angles and depth changes properly.

I’m just going to have to do some tests this weekend.

I think I’ll be able to keep the lines fairly tight Dave. Maybe I’ll rig them to a pulley to insure that they stay at a fixed position.

Yeeeeeaaahh, I really just don’t have a facility large enough to shoot something like this.

So, the wire removal filter is not such a good idea?

WaveWorld works really well for that effect.

Mr. Kramer, I shall build a shrine for you one day. You have, once again, relieved a great deal of pain and suffering.

Yeah, I have no idea what I did. I just deleted the pre-comp from the timeline and then dropped it in again from the project window. Everything’s cool now.
