Hi Borjis,
Can you kindly contact us via our email address: support[at]blackmagic-design.com ?
Would like to find out more about the issue you’re facing with the down converted output from SDI Channel B. Send us a screenshot of your down conversion settings in the DeckLink preferences as well.

Hi David,
We have multiple personnel working on various projects including the Intel transition. The issue that you’ve raised is already assigned to an engineer to be looked at. The Apple Intel transition has been a long on going project. This does not mean that other issues don’t get looked at. I hope you understand.

[Adam Levine] “Can I pop my MBE in a Mac Pro and keep working?”
Hi Adam,
Yes, we will support the Mac Pro with a driver update. Apple has been testing our cards in the Mac Pros and we’ve also been working on the drivers for quite some time now.

[jason levy] “What would be the best slot configuration for a system with a sata card and a decklink pro? Right now there is also an ATTO card but when I take it out the problems persist. Will get rid of it as soon as I can get the sata thing working.”
This is in a G5 right? Put the SATA card in the top slot and the DeckLink card either slot 2 or 3. Don’t use the ATTO card in in the meantime and see if you’re still getting the same problem.

Hi Jeremy,
Jiggling the breakout makes a difference? And is it screwed in tightly?
Send me an email at support[at]blackmagic-design.com. Remember to include the serial number of the card (found on the card and box below the barcode sticker).

Hi Jason,
Is this happening only with DVCPRO50? What if you try DV, JPEG or one of the uncompressed 8/10 bit formats?
What is the make/model of your deck? Does it help if you have the SDI output of the card connected back to the deck’s input and have SDI selected in “Black Video Output to Deck in Capture” in the DeckLink preferences?
If possible, send us a copy of your system profile. support[at]blackmagic-design.com
