The solution to the problem may be to make the MoText editable and then control the extruded Spline as needed, either by making it editable as well to get polygons, and then you can use Connect or Cloner as your needs and the purpose you want to achieve. You may have forgotten to attach the video or it did not appear for some reason. I hope you will upload it again, and publishing the file will also be helpful in understanding the situation.

You are welcome, Matt! I think as you previously expected the reason for the set of keyframes being linked is the “time” usage, I deleted it and the linkage was gone as in the screen recording, also I didn’t notice any change in the arm movement after deleting, let me know if this works for you

This may be related to the Constraint tag, however, sharing the file and the video would be more helpful as you stated.

I changed the Random Mode to Noise and set some values as in the screen recording so got a very similar effect as in the screen recording but it needs some improvement, I don’t know if this is enough for you or not but I think this is the right start to get a perfect simulation without Mograph.

It seems that the problem is related to the topology and UV mapping, I saw in the link the steps that you did so it improved a lot with you. I think you still have to make the extruded Spline editable because the Cloner in Object mode works better with polygons then apply the Remesh to get a clean squad mesh that guarantees you the regular distribution of squares.

You could export your file to Stl format and then open the file again in Cinema 4D. It is assumed that no trace of simulation or movement will remain in the file.

If I understood your problem well, then making the max and min values ​​equal should make the two cubes move together with the same start and stop coordinates. If you want to make them move in opposite directions but with the same coordinates, you can do that by changing the Random mode to Sorted as in the screen recording below. let me know if this is what you are looking for.

You might be able to do it by fragmentation the canvas perimeter using Split where the canvas is supposed to start then selecting the borders in each part and by using Store selection you could finally select the canvas as in the screen recording below.

The change axis problem is present even in the tutorial. If you repeat the video between 3:25 and 3:31 you will notice it. This problem is present in the automatic wheels creat with expresso even in some car rigs offered for sale on the Internet, but the effect of this does not appear during the animation except with careful examination, because you will not select the wheel so the axis will not expose us. Hi Hans,
If you zoom in on what is supposed to be the canvas border so the polygones will appear clearly as you zoom in. Also, if you are bothered by the color of the mesh lines before or after the selection, you can easily change these colors from the drop-down menu Edit > Preferences as in the screen recording below.
