how many photos? it is entirley possible that you have photos that are corupted. You might try to start over in a brand new project. It is also possible that project became corrupted.
I’d say give that a shot..

all Pictures? no video at all? then no need for the HDV format. With something like that you can go as basic as a NTSC 48
I think the bottom line is if only photos do what you are comfortable with.

    hi,
as an Audio and Video guy if you have FCS then just take the audio to Soundtrack Pro and then bring it back in. It is a great too and you already have it

I back up all my FCP XML’s to a second drive and a USB Jump drive, one can never be too careful.

I use the Contour, so I am not sure about the Griffin, but if it is the same principal you should be able to set up the shuttle to preform the actions you need. you may need their latest software
    hope this helps

April 28, 2009 at 3:28 pm in reply to: KONA 3 vs. KONA LHi

It was my understanding the Lhi was quite simmilar but that NO 2K and no 4.4.4 but other than that we had the speed and the up down and cross convert.
So if you do not need either of those the Lhi would be the hot ticket

i was just using that Pro Res codec as an example, it was the first one off the top of my head. the best of course is match as close as possible to the other footage ( if and when possible)

    Stephen,
As we all know HDV footage is long GOP and well difficult at best to edit. I would suggest choosing a suitable ProRes 422 Format like Pro Res 1280×720 60p or something like that and that way it will also be more editable for you. you can do the same basic thing with your DV footage by upconverting it on ingest.
    Hope this helps
