Try creating an 864×576 square pixel quicktime file. That should solve your problem.

Try turning off frame blending if you are keeping the same frame rate.

There are some apple codecs that do not exist in the PC world. It may be that the files are “Apple Intermediate Codec” or Apple HDV Codec”
or “Apple XDcam” These codecs do not exist in quicktime on the pc.
When inputting xdcam files into final cut the original may have been converted to one of these.You can tell by opening up a file in quicktime and go to window/show movie inspector/format You must use a mac to encode them to something else. Or preferably have the original xdcam files sent to you. -
I have the Matrox Compress HD card. It will do H264 in real time. Very good quality. Options. Bought it on ebay for $100.

Try this it worked for me… Uninstall new blue tilter pro 1 and or 2.
Turn off the computer and restart. Now before you do anything reinstall
newblue tiler 1 and 2. This seems to fix the crashes for me.. It appears that if you start vegas and shut it down there is still some part of vegas active and will give you a bad install of newblue titler. -
About a month ago.. I applied the same steps when I bought titlerpro2
and it does not seem to have any problems.. -
NewBlue fixed my problem. They told me to uninstall the titler program.
Reboot the computer. After restarting the computer. First install the titler program.. Then start Vegas.. It appears that once Vegas has been opened some part of it always stays active even if it shut down. This gives you a bad NewBlue install.. Try this. It worked for me and solved my problem. -
I have been using it from the beginning.. Custom bevels,light sources etc. Seems to work pretty good. Minimum crashes and then I am not sure if it is Vegas 12 or NBTitler 2. Not much of a problem…I wish it was more photo realistic but that will probably improve as the the program matures..Seems to have lots of handles…worth the extra $99 to me..

I think once again the newblue team helped me. They claimed that even though vegas may be closed, once opened something is still running in the background. They suggested I uninstall my old titler. Reboot the computer and then re-install titler. That fixed it for me. Now I do not have any more crashes.Now titler pro 1 and 2 run with absolutely no problems
