There might be other ways, but what I would do is to:
1. Copy the Children’s Centre and Early years circles.
2. Paste in place, then move them both off to the left.
3. Remove the fill from both, then use the Pathfinder palette and select Divide.
4. Delete all the pieces except for the obvious sliver you need.
5. Move it into place (Bring to front if needed) and recolorize that piece to match the gradient.

That will probably be the hardest thing… matching the gradient up nicely, but that will keep everything as an object instead of rasterizing.

Just layout the contents of the table, just the table, put your slices over each “cell’ and export.

The resulting html table will be there. Depending of course what version of Fireworks you’re using and whether you choose to use CSS instead of html tables.

But, just look at the table as an entire webpage, build it, slice it, export it and you can then copy and paste just the

through to the

tags.

Make sure you’re RAM is sitting clean.. meaning installed correctly. Depending on your configuration, RAM still needs to be installed in pairs; even on the quad/Xeon machines.

Check that first. Maybe it’s not fully in or mixed out-of-pairs.

Change your resolution to the next lower setting and see if that does anything. That would be a test for the vid card. Better yet, crank it down to 800 x 600 and take it for a spin.

I’m only on C4d 8.5 but I also run CS3 apps, including After Effects and I don’t have an issue and this is on a G5 iMac (non-Intel)

Should anyone run across something similar, I found a fairly good solution.

I used the Place On Points2 plugin. I specified the icing (top half of the modified torus I used for the body) and then used a small capsule for the object.

Using polygons instead of points for placement helped.
