If so, you need to go to Crop/Pan tool and uncheck &#8220;maintain aspect ratio&#8221;. That will enable so you can shape the border on top of just making it smaller. Then you can just ajust every side if the rectangle seperatly until it fits the photo. I hope this helps.</p>

<p>Right click on the vegas shortcut. Go to properties then compatibility.</p>

You can do so by adding a media scene, then choosing the desired path for your video. Just make sure to insert the mp4 then move that layer on top of everything else (just like in Vegas)</p>

If you go to the &#8220;performance&#8221; tab on task manager, you can see how many GB of RAM you have installed. Based on the screenshot you sent, I see that the RAM usage is not the worst, but the power usage might be what&#8217;s causing it. </p>
<p>You might want to switch power settings on Windows. (note that if you have a laptop, it will drain the battery faster)<br />Go to Control Panel &gt; Power Options &gt; select High Performance</p>

<p>Based on what I see, it seems like the main issue here might be the RAM usage.</p>
<p>Windows 10 uses about two times more RAM than Windows 7. Considering the massive jump on your Vegas version, too, it looks like your hardware cannot keep up with the RAM usage. </p>
<p>Are you able to open task manager and take a screenshot with Vegas running, so I&hellip;</p>
