February 11, 2025 at 2:27 amThere is definitely something in the settings that’s messing with this, but I cannot identify that problem based on the screenshots provided. What I’d do to just finish this project, is trying to rotate the mask manually. To do that, you just double click on the mask outline so it selects all of it, then click, hold and drag anywhere within the circle as displayed in the picture to rotate it. Make sure to line it up with the preview and you’ll have it in the position you want.

February 12, 2025 at 1:49 amHi again!
Just though of this, so why not give it a shot: When comparing your mask to the preview, it looks like the mask is sort of stretched. I’m guessing due to a mismatch in aspect ratio. Try checking the Pixel Aspect Ratio in both the Project Properties and Event Pan/Crop settings to ensure they’re set to 1.000 (Square Pixels).
To fix this:
- Project Properties → Go to File > Properties and set Pixel Aspect Ratio to 1.000 (Square Pixels).
- Event Pan/Crop → Open the Pan/Crop window, disable ‘Stretch to Fill Frame’, and try ‘Match Output Aspect’ by right-clicking inside the workspace.
Hope this helps, looking forward to hearing from you again!
