    Do you have the footage all interpreted the same? ex. squarepixels? or what about frame rate. or resolution.. Probly something simple like that

    you could try keying the sky if its a nice clear day.
    I’m guessin you don’t want to roto cause of the trees.

    but if you can key most of the blue around the trees you can do some rough rotos…
    other then that…i can’t think of any other ways really

    editing!
    def easier to line up edits to audio
    especially for longer peices

  • You also could try huffyuv…pretty small file size and lossless

    but i recomend working in no compression

    especially if the client might want to output to broadcast

    what you want to do is
    apply the track to a null object..then parent the highlighted layer to that null layer.

    yo

    in your final render settings…you need to click the audio on
    so steps to render would be
    composition/make movie
    then in the render queue, where it says lossless, click that
    the output module settings
    at the bottom, click the audio output box.

    and for lineing stuff up in the comp..you can do ram previews which will play with audio.

    or you can scrub the timeline while holdin ctrl

    simply just select the mask in AE
    cntl c
    then in illustrator open new
    then
    cntl v
    I just tried it in AE 6.5 and Illustrator CS worked fine

    copy paste.
    and for your next post…don’t say its for a job(paid work)…peps in this forum don’t like to reply to paid work i’ve noticed…just a heads up
