Just did a quick test on my 1082. The only pan that works is channel 1. I don’t do much panning so I didn’t notice this before.

A dual-processor PowerMac G4/1.25 GHz, or faster, with 1 GB of RAM is required. Dual G4 processors are mandatory. Standard Definition is supported with PowerMac G4’s.
That’s for Tiger (10.4) With Panther you can get a way with a Dual 800.

Hmmm. I’v always managed to get that to work for me. Have you tried copying everything to a new sequence?

I’ve had this bug crop up once in a while. It’s not related to your settings. The workaround is to copy all of your clips into a new sequence, or try using a later out point. Either one has worked for me, but I usually find that using alater outpoint is easier.

I’ve been having a similar problem with the Decklink 5 drivers. At times the audio latency is up to a second behind the picture. If I hit the space bar, the sound in FCP continues on for a noticeable time. I’m monitoring the sound either via SDI through a digibeta deck in E to E or via SPDIF to a Tascam mixer. The delay is the same on both devices. Trashing the prefs seems to clear it (Thank God for FCP rescue!!) but it’s a pain in the butt to stop, save FCP, quit, trash prefs, restart FCP, etc. This seems to happen about once a day, usually when I have other programs running such as AE, Motion, Photoshop.

I’ve seen this where the audio files came from an OS 9 system and didn’t have the right extensions after being sent over the internet. Do the files say .aif at the end? If not, try adding it to the files to see if that will make them work.

I’ve seen RF interference on another Decklink Extreme in Vancouver. Make sure you have no power cords crossing or running parallel with your Decklink breakout cable.

Multibridge doesn’t include a Decklink card. For SD Multibridge you can use the $295 Decklink card, for HD Multibridge you can use the $595 Decklink HD card. The newly announced Multibridge Studio and Extreme will use PCI-X to connect to supported PC motherboards or a PCI-bridge card to connect to an Apple G5. Expect to see the Studio and the Extreme sometime this summer.
