on Digibeta you would have to supply a 16.9 Anamorphic Version
and a 4×3 Letterboxed Version.JimR

Also make sure you have VHS line in To Front or back inputs

If you take the Video and Audio Outs of the dsr 11 and connect them to the Video and Audio Ins of the VHS deck
and hit play & record.
I can’t see why this wouldn’t work?
Maybe you are just not Monitoring whats going Down, if you don’t have the VHS out to Monitor.JimR

My File is an Aiff @48kz
If I put it in a NTSC seq. if plays fine (no Render)
If i put it in a PAL Seq. It needs to be rendered?all my other tracks brought in from PAL tapes play Fine.
Is it a Problem because the SEQ. is at @25fps

Just apply a 3 band filter to the track.
Then under filters pick a lower Freq. 50hz-100-200 Etc. which might be close to the bass you want lowered.
then apply a negative # -1–to -10 to lower that Freq. as much as needed to your liking.
trial and error will get you what you want.JimR013

Yea I put clips offline tried shortcut in Browser No Go!
tried to recapture with current settings still No Go!Looks like this is Broke
Also has anybody else tried to Import quicktime DV clips captured in 5.0
into 4.5 projects? I know you can’t open 5.0 projects with 4.5, but I didn’t think Captured files would be different.
But they sure act Funny won’t come in linked, or come in with the audio paired different, like a pair of Mono 1/2 came in as mix Mono but was missing Left Channel.are the quicktime files Flagged Different in 5.0

If you capture in NTSC DV Anamorphic then your SEQ. must be NTSC DV Anamorphic also in order not to have to Render.
If U want to finish in 4×3, then first edit in Anamorphic then when edit is complete Drag to a DV non anamorphic SeQ. Then Render.If U are Editing in Anamorphic then make sure your Captured Clips are Checked in Browser under Anamorphic
otherwise it will need Render, thinking they are 4×3 Clips. -
What were your Sequence settings at?
Because they don’t look good on my Monitor.
Also my Tiffs have white titles on Blue Bkgrd. with bars & Charts
I’m getting a lot of ringing & moire around White.
and some break up of type.Thanx,
