    “3-Band EQ” will increase the LEVEL of any frequency that is already recorded.

    If you want to “synthesize” lower bass (create it an octave lower that is recorded) that would be an outside audio program with than kind of filter.

    Just apply a 3 band filter to the track.
    Then under filters pick a lower Freq. 50hz-100-200 Etc. which might be close to the bass you want lowered.
    then apply a negative # -1–to -10 to lower that Freq. as much as needed to your liking.
    trial and error will get you what you want.
