You also can color correct a clip in the Viewer… i.e. you don’t have to put it in the timeline at all for this. If CC is the same throughout the clip, every instance of this clip will be color corrected as you put it in the timeline window.

Can’t tell you how to do this exactly without seeing the shots, however it’s a matter of using the color correction tools to make them match better, and using the audio filters to improve the audio… I’d suggest that you read the chapters in the manual about these tools?

Try reseating your video display card… sort of sounds like what I was seeing when mine went south a couple of weeks ago… Probably not a software problem I’m afraid.

If you replaced the original file with the processed file, there’s no going back other than to recapture I’d think.
What do you intend to deliver? a cut list to cut the negative with? or s is delivery going to be video?

I’m pretty sure that EDL’s can’t handle 23.98 sequences.. after all they are 20 year old technology..
What platform are you going to online with? FCP?

I don’t understand the post… When you open the reconnect dialog box it should highlight the media file you want to connect to. Is it doing this? and when you select it, it does what? change your scratch disk settings???

Post what the file format is of the graphic, and how large it is in pixels, then also post what the sequence setting you are putting it in is.

I think the easiest way to do this is to do it all in DVD studio pro. Export a non self contained QuickTime movie of each show, (file/export/QuickTme Movie…) then import that small file into DVD SP to burn your DVD’s. If you need to create a 90 minute version of this material, edit it in FCP, then do the same export into DVD SP. There are options in DVD SP’s encoding found in the preferences pane for DVD SP, and you should just choose one of those presets.
