I’d start with Mr Mercury on a masked solid. Then apply Glow and animate the heck out of it. Setting the B color to that turquoise would help sell it.
Maybe a couple 3D iterations of that would do the trick.

Click the Live Update enabler at the top of the Timeline panel. It looks like a square with, like, a square spiderweb.

In your output settings you need to stretch to the correct aspect ratio. Be sure to enable “High Quality Stretch” ;p

b.) Go to the bar”Personally, I’d suggest the bar. Because once you get back to the machine to find that your Mactel crapped out 15 minutes into the render at least you have a buzz going and you don’t have to go to the office empty-handed right away.

What particle system are you using?

Don’t use Photo JPG for final delivery. It’s pretty highly compressed.

Use a particle generator like CC Particle World. Set it so that there are very few particle and animate the death size to increase.

I think it’s a bit more complicated than that to get a good match, but with quick cuts in music video on-the-cheap I believe you’re doing what I would do. You want to make your dots a contrasting, keyable color… like red.

You could either record your screen live with a screen capturing software or you can take stills of all the actions, button states, fields, create a cursor and keyframe it.
If you do the latter, it’s advisable to parent the camera to the cursor so it’s always in the center of the frame.
