    Hey Everyone,

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I couldn’t find anything any more appropriate than visual effects.

My question is when you see an advertisement for a website…and the camera does a 3D move on the webpage…it doesn’t look to be shot with a camera, because it is too clean. And it isn’t a high-res still frame, because there is a mouse moving across and clicking…or typing text into a data field. How is the easiest way to do this?

You could either record your screen live with a screen capturing software or you can take stills of all the actions, button states, fields, create a cursor and keyframe it.
If you do the latter, it’s advisable to parent the camera to the cursor so it’s always in the center of the frame.

Often if you want higher resolution so you don’t get pixelation when zooming in, you may have to recreate the webpage in Photoshop.

…or Illustrator, if you want to REALLY zoom in.
