A rather strange workflow IMO. You start out with DV material. Why a SD-SDI setting? You capture over fire wire 8 bits. Why try to make it 10? Why use maximum bit depth? You are just adding 2 zeros, not adding information that was not there in the first place. Then you want to export uncompressed, which uses large amounts of storage, but again does not add useful information to your material. The whole workflow looks unnecessary complicated to me.
Why not simply keep it to DV and when ready for delivery render what needs to be rendered. Then you will have only one generation loss on the rendered parts and nowhere else.
