  • The Yamaha 01V. I traded mine in for a little Mackie though. I can’t think of many uses for an automated mixer. I like to do everything within the Avid then just spit it out.

    export your edl, bring it into a new avid project and batch from the bins.
    It will reference the original TC of your raw ftg.

    I’ve always discarded this nonsense. If I work overtime, I get paid for it. If someone I hire works overtime they get paid for it. It’s never had to be more confusing than that.

    half day rate… full day rate and time and a half OT unless otherwise discussed.
    In this case it was otherwise discussed at a flat rate. When that happens you stick to that flat rate or commit career suicide. If someone can’t take your word, they just won’t take ya.

    It’s an Avid thang. You have to mix the entire show down before exporting a reference to sorenson.
    This bug was created whent hey killed the meridien line and they just havn’t seen a reason to mend it.

    today, ear buds are your friend int he suite and in the field.
    I just use one.

    …but then I’m deaf in one ear so I only need one. 😉
