Have you tried multiple layers with varying effects?

Is the motion blur toggle (on) on that layer?
Shut the motion blur option off on that composition.

Are you using a 3D Camera?

DoF on?

I’ve done a few VFX plates like this.
However, the speed of the clip and resolution would be a factor.

Was it shot at 60fps?

Is it 4K or higher?

And yes, Chris is right, best to frame by frame this one.

In the past, I used the filmstrip option in PS.

Now mostly in Mocha.

You may need to replace some objects in 3D space but that can get hairy.

Boulders and shrub is tricky.

I’ve done hard surfaces e.g. furniture, walls, etc.. so they are easier to light and match.

What format are you rendering too?

Have you tried AME as well as basic Renderer?

Render to Prores422 first and see the results.

Also, try rendering a frame e.g. PSD or JPEG.

Do you get the same results using other Adobe apps e.g. AE?

How about other NLE’s e.g. FCPX, Avid, Resolve?

Just wondering of its a graphics driver conflict.

Very loaded question.

Some of that is done with manual keyframes and some may be a plug-in.

I know that a lot is templated and repetitive.

Our studio is in pieces at the moment.
We use an Avid DNxIO for all NLEs.
The last known Premiere ingest via DVCAM was 5 years ago.

Wish I could test it but were in the middle of a move.

Wow, I guess its been a long time since Ive tried using patterns created in Illustrator.
Seems to work for me here and I think its vector.

I am seeing that weird line though.
