In the past, any options like that didn’t transfer over.

Do you need to scale it (vector-wise)?

If not, just take it into PS and convert it to a high-res PSD.

Use that instead.

It’s always what you can afford as far as FCPX.

I’ve been running it since 2011 across so many low to high-end Apple products.

Amazing how it does on even the lowest-end option.

Sadly I can only think of using frame io for this.
However, the issue is you would have to have the markers done in frame io first.

I do this with clients.
Once I import the markers, I just take the blade to them.

Crossing fingers you find a solution.

You reuse any layer with alpha as a layer mask.

Duplicate and apply track matte if need be.
