The above quote is from your first post. When you “blow it up” it looks horrible. Blow it up using Pan/Crop and it will look much better than when using Track Motion. When you zoom in on the video, use Pan/Crop.

If you have the Pro version, you can write a script that will move the cursor forward or backward however you wish and assign that to a keyboard shortcut key. A script could also bring back missing audio for any selected event – both Excalibur and Ultimate S will bring back missing audio for any video event.

Above the preview screen is the “Split screen view” button. Turn that OFF. You have it set to “Bypass Effects”.

You could use a script to apply multiple saved presets. Or you could just use a script to dynamically apply those changes without needing presets. Take a look at the various photo montage tools found in UltimateS at Vasst and in Excalibur at jetdv.com for examples of that.

No, you can also right-click the image and choose Pan/Crop from the menu that pops up.

Certainly. Just get it the way you want it, type in a name for this setting (where it says “untitled”) and then click on the floppy disc icon to the right of that box. That setting will now be available in that drop-down box.

Of course. Just apply it to one effect, COPY that effect, select the other events, and then right-click one of them and choose “Paste Event Attributes”.
BTW, if you’re creating PIPs (i.e. not zooming IN), you might wish to explore Track Motion instead which will apply to everything on a TRACK.
