November 5, 2008 at 1:00 amGosh, once again, it looks to me like an add-on that doesn’t really add anything that built-in Vegas FX can already do. (This topic has been discussed before. There does seem to be a very few add-ons that are truly worth the money, such as Mercalli stabilizer.)

November 5, 2008 at 3:34 amThe “flash remover” and the “pixelator” filters in this Video
Essentials plugin are the two best filters of all 10.
These plugins makes the editing workflow a little smoother

November 5, 2008 at 3:35 amSteve, I’d say those two are the ONLY filters worth anything, since all the rest are already built into Vegas. Now, how often do you really want to remove a flash effect? And how often are you doing a witness protection pixillation? Worth $60? Yes, if those are important to you. Otherwise, worth zip.

November 5, 2008 at 2:29 pmI’d say that feature to pixelate faces would be worth it but can’t we do that right in Vegas? Or doesn’t Vasst have a script for that I wonder. That I could really use! 😉

November 5, 2008 at 2:44 pmUltimate S 3/Pro both offer the ability to mask/pixelate an area, yes. It’s called the “COPS” effect.
