my fxhome stuff works again in 361 so maybe that rolled it back or else changed something else to make it work.

The last version that I used where I actually liked the way auto sync worked was Movie Studio Platinum HD 10. The big different was when I opened the pan crop menu it the cursor always started from the start of the clip. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to make a change with cropping and then accidentally made a second key frame and then have to waste time going back to fix it. But I digress. Is the arrows at the bottom you’re talking about the snap offset? Can you see the FX changes in the preview window while you are making them or only when you’re on the timeline? So when you are trying to move around in the animation timeline on an effect you can’t get to the next key frame or the next frame by pushing a button? I know there is a button for next key frame I don’t think there is one for next frame. I know the hot keys for next frame doesn’t work for me but if I click off the FX timeline the hot keys do work as do the buttons on the preview or timeline.

Does turning off gpu video acceleration do anything? It would often cause dead spaces color flickering and wouldn’t let effects work right in the preview screen for me.

Is the 352 blacklist still working in 361?

January 15, 2019 at 9:24 pm in reply to: Most Efficient Workflow for Incorporating PowerPoint Slides?I’ve actually never had need to use multi camera edit mode, I think I did it once just to try it. But how about just pressing M to drop markers where you want the slides to go as you are doing it and then dropping them in later?

OK it’s not asking you to delete the source file but the media file which is the file created within vegas in this case. It only happens if the subclip is being used in the timeline. And if you want the message to stop popping up there is a preference near the top to check off.

Hmm I tried this in VP12 and VP16 mine doesn’t ask to delete the source files. The delete key is the remove from project hotkey while in the project media and you need to right click and select remove from project and delete files in order to do what you are describing. This may be perhaps a preference you might selected?

January 14, 2019 at 3:42 pm in reply to: Duplicated Tracks Not Behaving CorrectlyWell it sounds like a key frame issue. Track motion works just fine but can cause problems on the track if you aren’t razor sharp with you placement of key frames. Probably either the placement of the keyframes is off somehow or at least in relation to the location of the image or maybe the image itself either has something done or not done to it.

try disabling resample on a clip, render that and see if it makes a difference?
