Hi Rick,
Can you capture the logs and send them to davincihelp@blackmagicdesign.com
You can find the logs at
Mac HD /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve and click capture logs
This will save the logs to your desktop. Can you also send us your mac system profile?
Thanks,

Hi Sascha,
Have you tried using the Assist using reel numbers from the source clip file path name option ?
If you try that, add to the media pool as normal and then turn off auto import on the XML it works everytime for me.
Hope this helps!

It’s all good!
Just install the following drivers after you have updated to 10.6.8
https://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/macosx-cuda-4.0.19-driver-uk.html
https://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/quadro-macosx-256.02.25f01-driver-uk.html
That get your system back up and running.
Hope this helps!

Hey Ola,
Can you just double check your red decode settings ?
Sometimes if my system is a little slow when opening red files it can be due to the red decode settings being set to full premium etc..
It may not help but it’s just something I’ve noticed before!

Hi Fred,
Can you make sure you have the latest Wave firmware installed, you can find it here :
https://www.tangentdevices.co.uk/support/software/WFU1_9u.zip
Also you need to select it in the DaVinci Resolve Preferences.
Click DaVinci Resolve on the Menu Bar
Select the Wave Panel
Click Save and Restart your software.
This should enable the Wave for use in Resolve.
I hope this helps!

Hi Michael,
Please double click the scope you would like to adjust to reveal the sliders. When you are happy with the settings you can then double click it again to hide the adjustment sliders.
I hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
If you want to do it per clip go to the conform page, right click on the clip you need to change and click change clip speed. This will allow you to change the FPS of the clip.
I hope this helps!
