Video Signal Loss
I installed version 8 and have just started to play with it and on my Black Mack Ultra scope I am getting the message Video Signal Loss along with a momentary glitch on my main monitor. It’s random can’t replicate it. I am running a Deck Link Extreme with a Quadro 4000. 12 Core Mac.
Anyone else having this problem? -

Can you capture the logs and send them to davincihelp@blackmagicdesign.com
You can find the logs at
Mac HD /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve and click capture logs
This will save the logs to your desktop. Can you also send us your mac system profile?

I talked to Mark today and he told me to do the same thing but I am not quite sure how I do the capture thing?? Could you give me a little more detail?? I will tell you this that after I posted that I found out that my Cache was turned on and set to “All” when I turned it off the problem went away. I emptied the cache file and started again and whenever I turn on the Cache to “All” it comes back. It does however not have a problem when the files are rendered out.
