    Thanks Todd,

For now I have just rolled back to 2.6.4, Hadn’t been able to get past the software hanging up on load setup. I tried legacy overlay mode, but still didn’t boot up.

    Thanks for the suggestions

Yeah, I tried that a few times then dropped back down to 2.6.4 which now works again.

I may give 2.7 one last shot before just waiting for a future release.

Here is how to load filler –

It is in the drop down menu above the source window. Haven’t tried to map it.

On thing you will need to make sure of is that your PC can read your Mac Drive.

If it was formatted as PC Fat32 you should have no problem, other than a 4GB file size limit on that type of a drive. If your harddrive was formatted as a MAC drive you will need to purchase a copy of Macdrive or similar software that allows a PC to see a MAC formatted external drive.

You may want to invest in Avd Xpress pro, you ould load your adrenaline project on it to edit on your laptop. Makes it a lot less clunky to take things with you.

you might want to download and install transfer avx, Here is a repost from Oakmozart

There’s another free plugin out there, called “Transfer AVX.” It was created by Profound Effects (makers of Elastic Gasket and other plugins), and allows you to have Transfer Modes right in your Avid. Since the Cow won’t let me give you the site here directly, go to this thread that I typed up on the Avid Forums for more information on it and where to download it for FREE. It’s under the first post, also called “Tip 1: 2 Essential FREE Plugins Every XDV/XPro User Should Have!”

    https://www.avid.com/exchange/forums/4294/ShowPost.aspx

    Give it a shot.

    rendering this @ DNxHD175x 23.98fps.

Looked a little more carefully at it today. Seems like it is having trouble with blacks, and inverting them once they get below a certain threshold. I enabled 10 bit processing and that did not help. Found that if I set the clip lows to 0 and the highs to 255 it seemed to correct the problem, but kinda a pain to need to do that on every clip.

Use the insert sub menu command, while the mpeg 2 file with the chapters is highlighted.
