Try precomposing the layer first to use it as an alpha matte.

You may also want to shoot yourself, or other talent, performing the required moves to use as a guide layer when animating.

Seems to me you’ll need to time remap the footage, probably manually. I can’t think of any other way to smooth a z-dolly shot.

Also with a 3d tracker, you really should know the lens focal length and distance to subject, instead of letting the software attempt to make an educated guess. This could be another possible reason for a bad solve.

Also, you need to let 3d software know that it is is a nodal pan, not a tracking shot, or that could lead to a bad solve as well.

Honestly, if your just panning and rotating, do you really need a 3d Tracker? Won’t Mocha suffice? There is no perspective changing during a pan.

Instead of going for photo-realistic, you should strive for stylistic! Something fun to watch, not something to fool the audience into thinking its real… unless someone needs to pick this up and flip through it.

I mean, in that case it may be easier to actually make a real comic book using Photoshop or Illustrator, and have it printed and magazine-bound at Kinkos or what-have-you.

Edit the video in PPro, then do those effects in AE. Using masks that can be animated will make your life way easier.
