In AE when you set up the render make sure you don’t have a solid at the bottom of your Comp. In the render queue make sure your Output Module Settings>Format Options…>Compression Settings>Compression Type>Animation with Compressor Depth: set to Millions of Colors +.
Since you only know After Effects a little why don’t you make the titles in Motion which should have come with your Final Cut Pro Suite. All you have to do with FCP in import the .motn project file into FCP and your titles created in Motion will be rendered in FCP. Motion make more sense unless you are really taking advantage of the 3D space, cameras and lighting capability of AE.

This is a little off topic, but I thought I would just throw it out there.
Final Cut Pro 4 Default Keyboard Set-up .PDF is the best color coded printable keyboard map I have ever found. You can open it up in Mac OS X Preview or Adobe Acrobat and do a key word search like ‘mark’ and it will take you to every instance of mark like ‘mark in’ or ‘mark out’. You could leave it open in your .PDF reader and just Command+Tab between FCP and your .PDF reader.
At a quick glance you can see what key combinations are available for F1, F2, F3, F4, etc.
If you had a .PDF editor you could type your new functions in there for reference.

If you look at the Apple page in the first column near the bottom, three bullet points before the Tools header it indicates yes–Apple – Final Cut Studio – Final Cut Pro 5 – Technical Specifications
After Effects Portal: Plug-in Summary has a FCP Compatible subheading but it is dated, circa 2003.
Toolfarm – Plug-in FAQ has a little blurb on it two thirds of the way down the page.

Head Leaders for Cinema Tools 2 folder in his FCP installation disk should have some leaders in the Extras folder. They include the 2-pop.

Use Color Correct 3-way filter in FCP.
FCP also has a Broadcast Safe filter and what us old farts are use to, the Procamp filter.
Most people start with the Color Correct 3-way and bring down the highlights and make other adjustments as necessary.
You need to learn how to read a Waveform/Vectorscope right there available in FCP.

Is the Japanese site Panasonic.co.jp soft_e page the only download site for the drivers?
These drivers seem pretty obscure to find.

1. Set your default transition to apply to all you cuts
2. Select all the clips to apply the transition
3. Park the CTI (Current Time Indicator) at the beginning of the first clip
4. Drag the selection up to the Canvas and drop on the Overwrite with TransitionThis thread was a bit kinder to converted Avid editors How do you add/delete multiple transitions? by mushyosh
