Maybe. Your best bet is to use a small mixer & a set of self powered near-field monitors from the likes of KRK, HBB, M-Audio, Samson, or the like. Expect to pay around $200 & up for a pair of speakers.

FCP supports 10 bits in RGB, YUV & Log color spaces, depending on what format you want to throw at it. Color, Shake, Combustion, Motion, After Effects all support 10 bit codecs.
Again, your questions are very broad, so a quick answer needs to be very broad. You need to do more primary research, or you need to be more specific.

SATA RAIDS, in most cases, depend on the host controller card in your computer for whatever level of RAID they deliver. There are a handful of SATA RAID boxes that have built-in RAID controllers, and they can provide you with RAID 5 or RAID 3 protection, regardless of what card is used to connect to your computer. These RAID enclosures may also offer USB2 or FW connectors along with the eSATA connectors, allowing you to plug them into systems that don’t have a SATA card.

What is your capture setting? I’ve found that it has to match whatever tape format you’re trying to lay off to. In your case, it should be 8 bit or 10 bit UC, at 1080i 29.97.

Which is what I’d do.
If you replace your dead Medea with a new SATA array, you can use the array with your next Mac. All you will need will be a new controller card fro the Mac Pro. And the Mac Pro, of course!

If you mean Rotoscoping, no. You can add Silhouette Roto as a plugin or stand alone if you need to rotoscope a lot. You can also use Motion for simple to medium duty rotoscoping. Or you can rotoscope in a separate application like Shake, After Effects or Combustion.
If you’re asking if you can use an existing traveling matte to a shot to cut it out, yes. That’s done quite easily.
