Rightclick on earthmap and Nest. Make the offset in the nested sequence.
Apply Track Matte Effect in main timeline to the Nested Sequence.

If its a trial version or reverted to trial there is no mpeg support. Therefor no HDV preset.
It its a paid version, deinstall, run cleancript a couple of time and then reinstall.

CS5 exports to a good quality mpeg2 for dvd. Make sure Max Render Quality is on.
Premiere’s preset for HD YouTube widescreen works well.
You could consider wmvHD720p looks wonderfull.

Select the text.
Go to the Title Properties (on the right side) / Fill and select a colour.

Steady move went out with CS3 (i think).
AE reconizes mts from CS4 up. Anyway mine does.
